How I Work

Psychotherapy offers you a confidential place to spend concentrated time on yourself to explore your thoughts and feelings together with someone who will listen without judgement or an agenda. People seek out therapy for many different reasons. They might feel stuck or held back in their personal or professional relationships, they may have recently experienced a crisis in their lives, they may feel overwhelmed or may be dealing with grief, loneliness, anxiety, earlier trauma or just a general sense of unhappiness.

My hope is to offer an open minded space of warmth, safety and compassion, where anything that is on your mind at the time can be explored together at your own pace. Each person is on their unique journey through life and as an integrative therapist my approach is based on your individual needs as a client.

I work relationally and collaboratively which I believe the foundation for positive change. A trusting therapeutic relationship can make you more aware of unhelpful patterns in your life and may guide you towards healing and developing new ways of being. In weekly sessions I help clients deepening their self-acceptance whilst also supporting them in finding out what is right for them.
